Anyone reading that? I am. I have a right to keep and bear arms, and nothing can be done to prevent that.
That means I can walk around in America without hiding my weapons. Except on Indian Reservations, unless I'm an Indian, which are not subject to the Constitution.
Yesterday I asked a police officer what gives him the right to carry his weapon openly at the 7-11, his answer was Amendment 2, the same right I have.
As an American citizen, you only need a permit to carry a weapon if you conceal it. In some areas, or establishments, or principalities, you are notified that Open Carry is not permitted. If you have documentation that you are an American citizen, no one can deny you the right to carry OPENLY.
Get your weapons out of the closet(they likely need cleaned anyway), carry them around with you. It is perfectly legal.(you don't have to load them, just clean them and carry around OPENLY) Just don't hide them. (note; Some weapons are illegal even with the support of the Constitution(which is illegal) so you shouldn't carry around a fully auto M-50's, hand grenades, or other things: Oh wait, Afghans and Iraqis can carry around fully auto AK-47's, and RPG's openly without question)
Funny isn't it that, the countries Americas have died for the freedom of have more freedom than Americans, but don't want the Socialism that constitutes Americas Constitution.

For now we have that right. It started with the Clintons. Plan probably was for Bill to start the path of removing our right to to carry arms. If Hillary would have been elected President and thus Bill would have been appointed head of the United Nations and that would have begun the steps to strip our rights. Obama being elected just delayed that plan a few years. Then again what the heck do I know.
