It's not funny if you have to explain it. But here goes. Tigger = Tiger. Tigger bounces on his strange tail, Tiger has been getting strange tail (ie ass, trim, poontang, and various other vulgar terms) and from the picts I've seen of those women, very bouncy. Get it? See, not funny at all.
